As usual when I go to Vegas I spend only the nights in the city. The rest of the time I roam. I found last year it was nice to ramble around on a Harley.
1st stop: Red Rock Canyon, where a raging desert wildfire was being attacked by firefighter aircraft. Note red plume of flame retardant coming out of plane on left photo. Note right photo proves I was actually there.
Next stop: Death Valley. got there just in time for sunset.
