Race Summary

HONEY RYDER well placed while saving ground, angled outside the leaders at the top of the stretch and rallied to be just up at the wire. BRIVIESCA (GB) unhurried early, advanced along the outside down the backstretch, made a run three wide on the final turn to reach the leaders, edged away from GALLOPING GAL approaching the sixteenth pole, then just failed to last. VOUS allowed to settle, saved ground into the stretch, angled out and rallied to be up for the show. HIGH COURT (BRZ) reserved early, raced three wide on the final turn and passed tired rivals. GALLOPING GAL showed speed outside BINYA around the first turn, drew clear from that rival after entering the stretch the first time, made the pace along the inside to past the eighth pole, then weakened. SAVEDBYTHELIGHT raced in striking position down the backstretch and around the final turn, then gave way. ROYAL SWEETPEA outrun early, saved ground around the final turn and failed to menace. BINYA (GER) stalked GALLOPING GAL after being outmoved by that rival in the stretch the first time, made a run to reach near even terms on the final turn, tried the leader into the stretch and tired. NOBLE STELLA (GER) rated in striking position off the pace, faltered in the drive. SKIP COMMAND was through after a mile. (There was no temporary rail).
