Race Summary

TARLOW veered out sharply at the break but recovered and sped to the front, rated on snug hold while slightly off the rail, maintained cushion into the stretch and stubbornly resisted under vigorous handling and won bob of the heads at the wire. DREAM OF SUMMER crossed over and tracked the pacesetter while slightly off the rail, content to prompt the pace to the stretch, drifted out bit in upper stretch, then responded from right hand urging, whittled gap on pacesetter and lost bob of heads at the wire. MISS LOREN (ARG) three deep into the first turn, continued well off the rail chasing the pace, angled in some and finished gamely through the drive. PERSONAL LEGEND stalked the early leaders from the inside, remained along the rail into the stretch and finished very willingly. A. P. ADVENTURE settled between foes early, chased three wide on the first turn, continued well off the rail leaving the last bend, drifted out a bit in upper stretch and lacked the needed late response. SWEET LIPS angled over and settled two wide and outside foe, continued slightly off the rail into the lane and finished evenly. FESTIVAL (JPN) settled along the rail, received a ground-saving trip throughout but failed to challenge. GOOD STUDENT (ARG) stumbled badly leaving the gate, lagged back from along the fence, continued to saved ground into the stretch but failed to rally. URAIB (IRE) was off a step slow, three wide early, angled out further on the backstretch, was very wide around the second turn and gave way readily.
