Race Summary

FOREST GROVE stalked the pace inside, slipped through along the rail on the turn to gain command, inched clear and held on gamely under steady handling. AREYOUTALKINTOME forced the pace three deep then stalked outside, bid again four wide on the turn and into the stretch and continued willingly to the wire. WOKE UP DREAMIN dueled between horses then stalked a half mile out, bid three deep between foes on the turn, continued three wide into the stretch and bested the others. TSIGANE (FR) chased outside the winner then a bit off the rail, angled in for the turn, continued inside in the stretch and lacked the needed rally. SHADOW OF ILLINOIS allowed to settle outside, raced off the rail on the turn and four wide into the stretch and could not offer the necessary late response. HOMBRE RAPIDO had good early speed and dueled inside foes but a bit off the rail, inched away briefly a half mile out, battled between horses midway on the turn, continued just off the inside into the stretch and weakened.
