Race Summary

SAINT LIAM moved up soon after entering the backstretch to vie for the lead outside ROSES IN MAY, contested the pace outside that rival to midway of the far turn, then was drawing away when he drifted out at the top of the stretch and continued to increase his margin to the wire. ROSES IN MAY vied for the lead along the inside to midway of the far turn, then was no match for the winner while continuing on with good courage to hold the place. EDDINGTON bobbled at the start, tracked the pace off the rail into the stretch and lacked a rally. SEEK GOLD was not a factor after being outrun early. PIES PROSPECT rated off the pace after being caught in tight at the start, raced three wide on the far turn and faltered. WISHINGITWAS well placed while saving ground into the far turn, faded.
