Race Summary

MEDALLIST showed speed off the rail, drew clear on the turn, then bore out in the stretch forcing his rider to straighten him away by tapping him on the neck a couple of times and prevailed. MISTER FOTIS forced the pace along the inside, was outmoved by the winner on the turn but continued on with good courage to prove second best. KELA unhurried early, swung out for the stretch run and gained the show. PARADISE DANCER stumbled at the start, tracked the pace four wide around the turn and tired. NIGHTMARE AFFAIR was not a factor. VOODOO chased the pace three wide around the turn and faltered.
