Race Summary

SCRAPPY T pressed the pace from the outside while well in hand, responded when roused, drew clear, dug in gamely and was clear under the wire, driving. PARK AVENUE BALL raced close up along the inside early, came wide for the drive and finished gamely outside. WAR PLAN quickly showed in front, set the pace along the inside and weakened in the final furlong. NAUGHTY NEW YORKER was outrun early, came wide approaching the stretch and finished well outside. SURVIVALIST raced in hand outside, was three wide on the turn and had no response when roused. B. B. BEST raced close up outside early, chased the pace while three wide and tired after three quarters. PROUD ACCOLADE raced inside and had no response when roused.
