Race Summary

DECLAN'S MOON broke in and bumped the runner-up, stalked three deep then outside that rival, bid three wide on the second turn and into the stretch, gained the advantage outside foes just past the eighth pole and pulled clear under left handed urging while drifting in some. GOING WILD bumped between horses at the start, pulled his way between foes then angled in on the first turn and stalked the pace, bid along the rail on the second turn and in the stretch, could not match the winner late but continued willingly to hold second. SPANISH CHESTNUT bumped at the start, sped to the early lead under a loose rein, set the pace a bit off the rail under a rating hold, fought back between horses on the second turn and until just past midstretch and weakened but held third. GO COYOTE JOE saved ground chasing the pace, came out into the stretch and lacked the needed rally. JULIESUGARDADDY settled inside then came off the rail, went three deep on the backstretch, dropped back some on the second turn and gave way. SNACK unhurried outside a rival then off the rail, took a bad step and broke down nearing the second turn.
