Race Summary

SMOKE SMOKE SMOKE pressed the pace from the inside, took a clear lead in the stretch then was fully extended to last. SANTANA STRINGS was bumped at the start, raced between foes near the middle of the field, rallied in the stretch and did not miss by much. AROUND THE CAPE set the pace from off the rail while pressed but could not go with the winner and lost the place late. ROYAL FLYER saved ground near the middle of the field and lacked a rally. BIGBOYBDANCING raced close up three wide and weakened. STORMY BUSINESS lacked speed off the rail and was not a factor. THREE HOUR NAP was four wide and was always outrun. BOLD LION was always outrun.
