Race Summary |
|
HIGH LIMIT hustled clear going to the first turn, set the pace thereafter, remained clear for the
drive, jumped tire tracks approaching the sixteenth marker and then proved
clearly best. VICARAGE angled in going to the first turn, stalked HIGH LIMIT
around the first turn and until before the drive, was asked for run and while
no match for the winner was best of the rest. STORM SURGE forwardly placed
along the inside had no rally. WALLSTREET SCANDAL eased in early, was
reserved until nearing the second turn, split foes before the drive, was
eased out after turning for home and then could make little impact. REAL
DANDY eased to the inside going to the first turn, got restrained around the
turn, moved outside once reaching the backstretch, angled to the rail nearing
the second turn, remained inside and lacked a serious rally. SCIPION devoid
speed, raced widest down the backstretch, crossed to the inside approaching
the second turn, continued inside but was no real threat. KANSAS CITY BOY
four wide early, settled off the rail, was asked for run around the second
turn and then had no rally. SORT IT OUT raced inside to the drive, eased out
and was no factor. INDY STORM moved to the inside early, was unhurried down
the backstretch, came three wide around the second turn and then faded. |
