Conditions: 1 1/16M Dirt. Hollywood Breeders' Cup Oaks (Grade 2). FOR FILLIES THREE-YEARS-OLD. By subscription of $125 each on or before Wednesday, June 1. Closed with 12. $1,250 additional to start, with $125,000 added and an additional $50,000 from the Breeders' Cup Fund for Cup nominees only. The host association's added money and all fees to be divided 60% to the winner, 20% to second, 12% to third, 6% to fourth and 2% to fifth. Breeders' Cup monies also correspondingly divided provided a Breeders' Cup nominee has finished in an awarded position. Any Breeders' Cup monies not awarded will revert to the Fund. Weight 123 lbs. Non-winners of $300,000 at a mile or over allowed 2 lbs.; Non-winners of $120,000 twice at a mile or over, 4 lbs.; such a race of $90,000, 6 lbs.; Non-winners of two races other than maiden, claiming or starter at a mile or over, 8 lbs.; one such race 10 lbs. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner. Breeders' Cup limited shall also present a trophy to the winning owner.

Race Summary

BROOKE'S HALO sped to the lead into the first turn and angled in, set the pace a bit off the rail then inside on the second turn and in the stretch and held on gamely under urging. MEMORETTE a bit slow to begin, settled a bit off the rail, split horses on the second turn, came three deep into the stretch and closed steadily but could not catch the winner. CEE'S IRISH stalked a bit off the rail then outside a rival to the stretch and also continued willingly but was edged late for the place. LEAVE ME ALONE close up stalking the pace inside then a bit off the rail, angled in leaving the second turn and weakened in the lane. GN. GROUP MEETING saved ground off the pace, came out into the stretch and improved position. LADY BERTRANDO chased outside then three deep on the second turn and into the stretch and lacked the needed rally. SILVER DAWN off a bit slowly, stalked outside a rival on the first turn then inside, dropped back on the second turn and into the stretch and weakened. CHARISMATIC HEART four wide into the first turn, chased outside, was pulled up when lame leaving the backstretch and vanned off.
