Race Summary |
|
ACEY DEUCEY broke
awkwardly, was rated along early, altered course for running room in upper
stretch, settled nicely once clear and finished with a rush to be up in time.
SEEKING THE ANTE raced with the pace from the outside, rallied three wide
approaching the stretch, reached the front nearing the eighth pole and dug in
gamely but could not withstand the winner. PLEASANT CHIMES stumbled at the
start, was sent up inside nearing the turn, got through on the rail in the
stretch and finished gamely. LAST TOOTS contested the pace along the inside
and tired in the final furlong. QUITE A RUCKUS contested the pace while
between rivals and gave way in the final furlong. SECRETS
GALORE was outrun early, came wide into the stretch and offered a mild
rally outside. BRIGHT MAHOGANY chased the pace while four wide and tired
after three quarters. TOLL TAKER raced close up early while between rivals,
was steadied entering the turn and tired. |
